Anjuna Beach Overview
Anjuna is a small village in north Goa. The Anjuna beach (Rocky beach) in Goa is known for its full-moon (acid house/trance) parties. It is one of the popular beaches in Goa that fetches tourists all throughout the year. One of the most popular attractions at Anjuna is the Wednesday Flea Market. It's also know for the unusual rocky formation nestled over an inlay of white sand(red spongy rocks with small pores on them), jutting out into the sea. Sunset at this beach is beauty. You can sit over the rocks and watch it, with the waves spraying over you. Located in Bardez taluka, the Anjuna beach in Goa is approximately 18 kms away from Panjim.
