Kanha Tiger Reserve, also called Kanha National Park located in madla/ balaghat district is the largest national park of Madhya Pradesh, India. The park is home to wide variety of wild animals and has a significant population of the Royal Bengal tiger, Indian leopards, the sloth bear, barasingha and Indian wild dog. It is the only location in India where the most abundant variety of Barasingha can be found and so does to call them as the "Jewel of Kanha".
