Savehaklu Reservoir is Situated 6Km away from Chakra dam ,Chakra Dam is around 55Kms from Kodachadri. This reservoir can be spotted while travelling towards Kodachadri from Nagara. Savehaklu dam is one of the water sources for Linganamakki Dam and was constructed before the Linganamakki Dam was built. Heavy monsoon flow gives abundant life to the reservoir and the nature. The place is too windy and foggy during monsoon and this makes it worth place for monsoon trip.
