Brindavan Gardens Overview

The Brindavan Gardens is a garden located adjoining to KRS Dam in the Mandya District of Karnataka, India. This garden is one of the major attractions of Mandy/Mysore region. KRS Dam is one the most famous dams in South India which is Named after Krishnaraja Wodeyar IV of Mysore. KRS Dam is also locally called as Kannambadi Katte or Dam. Its symmetric design and terrace gardens clustered around topiaries, pergolas and gazebos instantly become a favourite among travellers. The illuminated dancing fountains on the northern side of the Brindavan Gardens are surely one of the many highlights of this place. KRS Dam is located at approx 20km from Mysore, 45km from Mandya, 143km from Bengaluru, 253km from Mangalore.
